System Administrator: related Computer Major, familiar with the development and maintenance of various business systems (such as ERP, OA, etc.)

Accountant: Have more than 2 years’ relevant work experience in large real estate accounting

Human Resources Specialist: good image and temperament, relevant Human Resources Management Major, 2-3 years’ relevant work experience
Administrative Specialist: good image and temperament, Management Major preferred, 1-2 years’ relevant work experience
Archivist: good image and temperament, Archival Science or Administrative Management Major, 1-2 years’ relevant work experience

Head of Preliminary Planning: Be familiar with real estate development process and have more than 3 years’ relevant work experience

Risk Control & Supervision Manager: Be familiar with the construction of risk control systems and have experience in risk control management of large group companies
Head of Economic Responsibility Audit: Have more than 5 years’ auditing experience, audit experience with state-owned enterprises or public institutions will be preferred
