Zhongshan Tong Smart Card Co., Ltd. of Zhongshan City, founded in December 2008, is a Zhongshan Tong electronic toll system constructed by Zhongshan City Construction Group Company Limited as required by the municipal government. Zhongshan Tong has improved the level of urban information and public transport environment, but also changed people's daily traditional payment methods, which is widely used in buses, supermarkets, restaurants, bookstores and other microfinance consumer areas.

 In order to cater to the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, Zhongshan Tong will be connected to the national traffic network to realize the real "intelligent card" in the city. At the same time, Zhongshan Tong has also been extended to taxies, public parking lots, temporary parking space on urban roads, hospitals, cinemas, gas stations, markets and other microfinance consumer areas in order to realize the goal of the integration of urban life and transport cards. 

In 2014, Dasin Holdings achieved a controlling stake in Zhongshan Tong through auction.
