The 85th Love and Caring Action by Volunteers

        On July 4, 2021, Dasin Commonweal Volunteer Team once again walked into the home of the youth Xiao Ming (pseudonym) to provide caring service. The volunteers also brought heart-warming gifts, and gave him advice on planning for further studies.

        During this visit, the volunteers prepared love gifts: noodles, dried walnuts, red dates, brown sugar gift packs, and seasonal fruit. Seeing the arrival of the volunteers, Xiao Ming immediately took out the senior high school admission application form and discussed with the volunteers: According to the school information provided by the volunteers, Xiao Ming had a detailed understanding after the exam and planned to apply for admission to a better secondary vocational school in Zhongshan and choose the major of numerical control or electromechanics he is interested in. If he is admitted to the first choice school, he will be able to directly complete his studies in the next five years and get a technical college diploma.

        Xiao Ming said that he had estimated his scores immediately after the examination, and he was confident that he could attend his favorite school and major. The volunteers were very pleased to see that Xiao Ming had such a clear plan for his future, and believed that his wish would be realized.

Grandma also said that Grandpa was in poor health recently. The volunteers repeatedly told Grandma to taking care of herself while looking after Grandpa.

        Since pairing with Xiao Ming’s family, Dasin volunteers have insisted on conducting monthly home visits, providing advice and guidance and bringing warmth for them!
