The 75th Love and Caring Action by Volunteers

On December 26, 2020, Dasin Commonweal Volunteer Team once again walked into the home of the youth Xiao Ming (pseudonym) in need of care for a caring visit. To get closer to Xiao Ming’s family, and add nutrition to their meals, the volunteers specially prepared dumpling materials, milk, fruits, snacks and other caring gifts for Xiao Ming’s family.
Xiao Ming and his grandma were very happy to see the volunteers’ arrival, and immediately sat around with the volunteers and talked about their current life: Xiao Ming’s recent study and preparation for the entrance examination, the difficulty of choosing the school, the current state of grandma, etc., and the atmosphere in the house became lively in an instant.

随Then the volunteers and grandma made dumplings together. Under grandma’s guidance, a number of cute or exquisite dumplings were made and placed on the plate, and grandma’s face was full of smiles. Xiao Ming watched the process of making dumplings, and actively discussed with the volunteers his views and opinions on recent social hot events. During the discussion, the volunteers also guided Xiao Ming how to treat various social events correctly.
Since pairing with Xiao Ming’s family, the volunteers have insisted on visiting them every month, hoping to bring them warmth in life through love and care and make them still feel the power of love in times of difficulty.
