Volunteers’ Caring Visit on Mid-Autumn Festival

The golden autumn wind is refreshing, the laurel is fragrant, and the Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching in an instant. On the occasion of the approaching Mid-Autumn Festival, in order to send heart-warming holiday blessings and regards to the long-term subjects in need of in-depth care, Dasin Public Welfare Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the Public Welfare Center), in conjunction with Doctor Zhao and nurses from the Family Doctor Service Section of Dasin Liantang Outpatient Department, carried out caring visits before the Mid-Autumn Festival, and made home visits to the long-term subjects in need in Zhongshan City.

During the caring visits, the Public Welfare Center sent holiday blessings and well-prepared gifts to the subjects in need, including rice, nutritious yogurt, and Dasin moon cakes that symbolize a happy reunion, cordially chatted with them, inquired carefully about their current physical conditions, living conditions and existing difficulties, and encouraged them to build confidence and overcome difficulties.

During the visits, someone in need said, “With Dasin’s long-term heart-warming companionship, encouragement, support, gifts and regards on holidays, I am really grateful. It is your care that gives me courage. I believe that the days to come will become better and better for me”.

Since its inception, Dasin has never forgotten its original intention, and walked hand in hand with long-term subjects in need to gradually overcome difficulties. With its care and support, the conditions of the subjects in need are getting better: A subject with leukemia has recovered and entered the observation period after positive treatment for 2 years, and his body has gradually become stronger. A subject who suffered severe burns on 80% of his body due to an accident has fully recovered through active treatment, and returned to work; and a subject who suffered from acute myocardial infarction and suffered multiple complications have recovered, and found a relatively easy administrative job again, full of expectations and hope for life again.

With care and love, Dasin warms people from the bottom of heart! For a long time, Dasin has insisted on providing a strong backing for those who are in need, sending them long-term sincere care and love to warm them, and walking hand in hand with them to face difficulties actively and move forward continuously!
