The 36th Love and Care Action of Dasin Volunteer Team

On the morning of June 1, 2019, the volunteer team of Dasin Commonweal Service Center and Lvying service team visited Zhongshan Torch Development Zone Hospital and celebrated the "Children's Day" for hospitalized children. 

On "Children's Day" when other little friends are joyously singing, dancing and sharing gifts, the hospitalized children and their parents are still struggling with pain. To cheer these children up, the volunteers of Dasin Commonweal Service Center and Lvying service team came to console them and help them reduce the discomfort and anxiety due to illness in a happy festive atmosphere.

On "Children's Day", the volunteers of Dasin Commonweal Service Center dressed up as cute animals greatly favored by children, such as giraffe and monkey and presented hospitalized children with lovely gifts. The volunteers visited the children at each inpatient ward together with medical staff. While presenting gifts, they also encouraged the children to accept treatment bravely and wished them recover and discharge as soon as possible. The coming of volunteers makes the quiet inpatient ward lively and full of vitality and happiness immediately. Seeing the smile on their children after receiving gifts, the parents were also quite delightful. 

Through this event, the care of Dasin volunteers was conveyed to every corner, bringing happiness to hospitalized children on this special "Children's Day". In the future, the volunteers of Dasin Commonweal Service Center will organize more actions to send care and warmth to those in need.
